Please refer below documents required for home loan application (varies slightly from lenders to lenders):

Purchase of Property

1. Two latest payslips and/or Letter of Employment;

2. Two years tax returns (and Business tax returns for self-employed) and ATO Notice of Assessment;

3. Contract of Sale

4. Copy of Driver’s license and/or passport

5. Latest credit card statement

6. Latest other debt statements (e.g. personal or car loan, other mortgages)

7. Savings account statement to prove balance of fund to complete purchase

Refinance/Debt consolidate

1. Two latest payslips and/or Letter of Employment;

2. Two years tax returns (and Business tax returns for self-employed) and ATO Notice of Assessment;

3. Six months loan statements of debt to be refinanced/consolidated

4. Copy of Driver’s license and/or passport

5. Latest credit card statement

6. Latest other debt statements not being refinanced/consolidated (personal or car loan, other mortgage)
